ContentOS changelog

Dated notes on what changed in ContentOS for people who use it: drafting, Autopilot, replies, analytics and the CRM. Each entry is dated to the day the change shipped to the main product branch. See features for the full product.

  1. Autopilot posts on a natural schedule, and the CRM works on phones

    • Autopilot now posts inside a posting window you choose, with a range of posts a day and human-looking minutes instead of fixed times.
    • Each Autopilot account has its own page with Queue, Setup and Library tabs, and assets show as a thumbnail grid.
    • Analytics adds a breakout tracker that compares the last 72 hours with your usual results, including early engagement.
    • On phones, People in the CRM show as cards with counts at a glance, and records can be restored or moved to Trash individually.
  2. X threads, safer Autopilot frequency and a better mobile web app

    • Write and Autopilot can create X threads, and disliking a draft refills its slot with a new one.
    • Autopilot frequency follows each network: X can post several times a day, LinkedIn at most twice a day, with warm-up advice for new accounts.
    • The mobile web app has one header, stacked composers, tab pills, and readable Analytics, Autopilot and Posts screens.
    • Write drafts first and then asks for specifics as a nudge, instead of asking questions up front.
    • X analytics explains when posts are still syncing and why a post failed.
  3. Connect ContentOS from your AI client

    • You can sign up from an AI client's connect screen and return straight to it.
    • AI clients can start a one-time LinkedIn connect link and read onboarding status and profile fields.
    • When you tag people on X, ContentOS tells you what X did with each handle.
  4. Auto-reply catches every comment; new Settings and billing pages

    • Auto-reply syncs your recent posts first, so it also answers comments on posts you wrote directly on LinkedIn.
    • The newest approved reply is sent before new replies are drafted.
    • Settings has a grouped navigation rail, and a new Plan and billing page shows renewal, card and invoices.
    • Autopilot is now the only unattended publishing path; the older Auto mode is retired.
  5. Shorter onboarding and clearer platform settings

    • Onboarding is shorter, and the voice you set for each platform stays reusable.
    • The Platform toggle in Write now explains what it changes.
    • Connecting an X account is more reliable, and X tags only apply to people you confirmed.
  6. Drafts that read less like AI writing

    • Draft generation was reworked to avoid the phrasing patterns that make posts read as AI-written.
    • Drafts are generated in the background more reliably.
  7. Posts and analytics for AI agents, and better people tagging

    • The hosted MCP server can read posts and analytics, and you can choose which tools your AI client sees.
    • A publish delayed by a cooldown is reported as queued rather than failed.
    • Connect your AI lists every client that works with ContentOS.
    • When a post names people, ContentOS reads up to three of them and offers matching profiles to tag.
  8. A voice for each platform, and Home puts writing first

    • Onboarding captures a platform-specific voice, used when drafts are humanized and optimized for LinkedIn or X.
    • Home opens on writing while keeping failed-publish recovery visible.
    • Autopilot no longer schedules X posts that X would reject.
  9. Analytics for LinkedIn and X, and smarter reply drafts

    • Analytics covers LinkedIn and X, personal and company accounts, with sorting and paging.
    • Reply drafts are written against the actual post and thread, skip comments you already answered on LinkedIn, and are never sent unseen.
    • Accepting a suggested mention now tags the person in the published post.
  10. Founder plan gets Autopilot and an X add-on

    • The Founder plan now includes Autopilot.
    • X is available on Founder as a $25 a month add-on.
  11. Publish and schedule to X

    • Posts can be published now or scheduled to X from the same calendar as LinkedIn.
    • Autopilot can run on a connected X account, and you can add more than one X account.
