Creator Brain: Review Context Behind Your Drafts
Creator brain in ContentOS is the workspace context behind your drafts. It brings profile information, voice guidance, eligible published posts and saved references into a reviewable collection, with summaries and connections you can explore before writing.

What information goes into your creator brain?
Your creator profile supplies basic context such as your background, bio facts, voice description, writing rules and content pillars. Published posts supply examples of what you have actually said. Saved references add specific material you want available again. These inputs serve different purposes: a writing rule describes a preference, while a published example shows how that preference appeared in practice.
Start by making your profile accurate. A useful profile names the work you do, the audience you write for and subjects you can discuss from experience. For an illustrative consultant profile, a concrete fact might be that the author runs onboarding workshops for operations teams. That is more useful drafting context than a broad instruction to sound authoritative. Check that any numbers or customer descriptions remain current.
How do you inspect the material behind a draft?
Open Creator brain to explore collections of your profile, writing and saved context. Choose a memory to read its summary and inspect its recorded connections. The detail panel can show metadata and other connected memories. An empty connection list means no connections are recorded for that item; it does not establish that the underlying ideas have no relationship.
The page offers setup when the Brain has not been populated and a Sync control to refresh context from your profile and eligible published posts. Pending items can remain unpopulated until the relevant profile or source information exists. A failed load offers retry feedback. Treat those states as information about availability, and check the source rather than assuming an empty view has erased your work.
How is saved context used while writing?
The generation context reader includes populated core pages and saved references. With a relevant writing request, it can select published post pages and imported source pages by their relevance to the request. It selects a limited set of supporting pages instead of copying every stored document into every prompt. Material being stored therefore does not mean every detail appears in the next draft.
Ask for a subject and the kind of source you want to use. An illustrative request could be to write about workshop preparation using your onboarding notes. Then inspect whether the output supports its statements with details you recognize. If a detail is missing, add the required source material to the writing brief. Retrieval is a way to supply context, while your review remains the check on accuracy.
Who benefits from a reviewable context collection?
This workflow suits a creator who repeatedly explains the same background to a writing assistant, or someone whose voice and subject matter need to remain consistent across a regular publishing routine. It also provides a place to investigate a draft that feels off: review the profile facts and examples before adding more instructions. Outdated inputs can produce an outdated starting point even when the prose reads well.
The Brain is scoped to a workspace, so choose the intended workspace before reviewing or refreshing it. Its summaries and performance observations are aids to judgment. They do not verify customer claims, establish permission to disclose private details or promise a particular response to a post. Keep sensitive source material out of a public draft unless you have a clear reason and permission to include it.
Which plans include creator brain?
Availability by plan:
- ContentOS: 10,000 AI generations a month per account, pooled across the subscription.
- The generation allowance describes AI writing usage. It is not a claim that every saved item is included in every draft.
Frequently asked questions
Does Sync import every post I have ever written?
No. The full Brain sync works from a bounded set of eligible published posts and other current source material. The explorer is a view of available context, not a promise of a complete historical archive. If a specific experience is necessary to your next draft, include the relevant details in the brief and verify them against the original.
Can I inspect a memory without writing a post?
Yes. The Creator brain explorer lets you choose a memory, read its summary and follow recorded connections independently of generation. Use that review to check whether your profile and source context still represent your work. Seeing a summary does not approve that material for publication or guarantee that the next writing request will retrieve it.
