LinkedIn integration: publish, reply and track warm leads
The ContentOS LinkedIn integration connects your profile so ContentOS can learn from your posts, publish to your profile or company pages, sync comments into the reply queue and list the people who engage as warm contacts.
Updated
Why connect LinkedIn?
LinkedIn is the channel ContentOS is built around, so the integration touches every part of the product. Your existing posts teach the writer how you sound, the calendar publishes through the connection, and the reply queue and warm contact list both depend on the comments and reactions it reads back.
Most people connect LinkedIn first, during onboarding, and leave it connected. If you manage a company page, the same connection lets you publish to it, so a founder can run a personal profile and a company page from one calendar without switching tools.
Once connected, the integration works in the background. New posts you publish, whether from ContentOS or directly on LinkedIn, feed the voice samples and analytics, and new comments appear in the reply queue without any export or copy step. If you ever disconnect, drafts and saved material stay in ContentOS, and publishing simply pauses until you reconnect.
What syncs
- Your recent posts, up to 150, imported as voice samples for drafting.
- Publishing to your personal profile and to LinkedIn company pages you manage.
- Post metrics: impressions, reactions, comments and reposts.
- Comments on your posts, for the reply queue, and replies you approve, sent from your account.
- Reactions and comments, which build your warm contact list.
How to connect LinkedIn

Frequently asked questions
Does ContentOS use the official LinkedIn API?
ContentOS connects LinkedIn through a hosted connection service that you approve with a LinkedIn sign-in. It handles publishing, post metrics, comments and reactions for your account. You can disconnect at any time from Settings, Connections.
Can I post to a LinkedIn company page?
Yes. Once your profile is connected, company pages you manage can be chosen as a destination when you schedule a post, alongside your personal profile.
Will ContentOS reply to comments for me?
Only when you approve each reply, or when you switch on automatic replies for an Autopilot account, which needs explicit consent. Otherwise every drafted reply waits in the queue for you.
What happens to my data if I disconnect LinkedIn?
Publishing, comment sync and metrics pause until you reconnect, and nothing further is read from your account. Drafts, saved stories and notes stay in ContentOS. For how customer data is retained and deleted, the ContentOS privacy policy is the source of record.
